抗裂型水泥稳定碎石基层双层连铺施工工艺研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了解决传统水泥稳定碎石基层施工分层摊铺与压实方式造成的施工周期长、层间黏结性差、养生用时长等问题,以某高速公路建设为例,研究了抗裂型水泥稳定碎石基层双层连铺施工工艺。介绍了试验所用原材料并实测各技术指标,从混合料拌和、运输、摊铺、碾压、接缝施工等五个方面展开分析。施工完成后对施工效果进行检测,结果表明,该施工工艺可提升抗裂型水泥稳定碎石基层强度、抗裂性与层间黏结性,同时保持其整体性,抗裂型水泥稳定碎石基层双层连铺施工工艺值得推广。 In order to solve the problems of long construction period,poor interlayer cohesion and long maintenance time caused by the layered paving and compaction method in the construction of traditional cement stabilized macadam base,the construction technology of double-layer continuous paving of crack-resistant cement stabilized macadam base is studied by taking the construction of a highway as an example.The raw materials used in the test are introduced and the technical indexes are measured.The analysis is carried out from five aspects like mixing of mixture,transportation,paving,compaction and joint construction.The results show that,the construction technology can enhance the strength,crack resistance and interlayer cohesion of crack-resistant cement stabilized macadam base,and meanwhile maintain its integrity.The construction technology of double-layer continuous paving of crack-resistant cement stabilized macadam base deserves to be popularized.
