整治公路加水洗车违法行为的建议

随着公路运输行业不断发展,趋利违法超载超速运输、为车辆加装水箱散热器、公路两侧加水洗车等系列不法行为也随之而来。公路两侧加水洗车点,违法国家相关法律法规,严重破坏公路路产,尤其在北方冬季,极易引发交通事故。分析了这一公路"毒瘤"不能彻底取缔的原因,阐述了政府主导、部门联动开展加水洗车点联合整治的必要性及整治措施。

With the continuous development of the highway transportation industry,a series of illegal acts such as profit-seeking illegal overload and overspeed transportation,adding water tank radiators to vehicles,and adding water to wash vehicles on both sides of the highway have followed.Waterwash points for vehicles on both sides of the highway violate the relevant laws and regulations of the state,seriously destroying the highway equipment,especially in the northern winter,which is very easy to cause traffic accidents.The reason why the "poisonous tumors" of the highway cannot be completely eliminated is analyzed,and the necessity and measures for joint renovation of waterwash points for vehicles led by the government and jointly carried out by departments are elaborated.
