“一带一路”倡议与印度“季风计划”对接的文化合作路径探索

On “The Belt and Road” Initiative and “Project Mausam” Engagement through Cultural Cooperation Pespective

本文主要研究"一带一路"倡议和印度的"季风计划",并通过这两大倡议的文化方面,来证明加强文化联系是一种双向的过程,而且能促进两种文明之间的互学互鉴。"一带一路"倡议的人文交流项目和"季风计划"的复兴文化联系倡议在本质上并不矛盾,从某种程度来说两者呈互补关系。通过本文的研究可以得出,加强人文和文化交流,不仅可以增进中印两国之间的互信,而且能更长久地维持两国的伙伴关系。

The paper seeks to examine the cultural aspects of the two initiatives to justify the fact that enhancing cultural connections is a two way process and would certainly enable both civilizations to learn from each other."The Belt and Road"Initiative’s people-to-people bond projects and Project Mausam’s initiative to revive cultural linkages are not contradictory in nature but supplement each other.Through the research in this paper,it can be concluded that strengthening humanities and cultural exchanges can not only enhance mutual trust between China and India,but also maintain a long-term partnership between the two countries.
