我国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段。山东省应以供给侧结构性改革为主线,统筹推进“特色产业集群+国际自主品牌+跨境电子商务+综合服务企业+境外营销网络”五位一体发展新模式,坚持贸易产业互动发展、贸易投资联动发展、内贸外贸协同发展、货物服务贸易融合发展,推动全省外贸由“大进大出”向“优进优出”转变,由要素驱动向创新驱动转变,由规模速度向质量效益转变,由传统优势向竞争优势转变,实现外贸高质量发展。

China's economy has shifted from high speed growth stage to high quality development stage.Shandong Province should take the structural reform on the supply side as the main line,comprehensively promote the new five-in-one development model of“characteristic industrial clusters+international independent brands+cross-border e-commerce+foreign Trade comprehensive service enterprises+overseas marketing network”.It should adhere to the interactive development of trade and industry,the joint development of trade and investment,the coordinated development of domestic and foreign trade,and trade in goods and services.Fusion and development will promote the transformation of the province's foreign trade from“large-scale import and export”to“excellent import and export”,from factor-driven to innovation-driven,from scale to quality and efficiency,from traditional advantages to competitive advantages,and to achieve high-quality development of foreign trade.
