山东省农产品出口贸易摩擦基本情况及预警分析

Basic Situation and Early Warning Analysis of Agricultural Products Export Trade Friction in Shandong Province

本文以2008~2016年山东省农产品出口数据为基础,结合2016年山东省农业厅针对山东省17地市70多家农产品贸易公司开展的“山东省农产品出口企业情况调研问卷”分析结果,总结了山东省农产品出口贸易规模及结构,并归纳了目前山东省农产品出口主要遭遇的贸易摩擦类型及原因。而建立农产品出口贸易摩擦预警机制可以有效地解决这一问题,因此,本文根据相关学者的研究,联系山东省具体情况,提出了贸易摩擦预警监测机制的系统构成和指标体系。最后针对如何改善山东省农产品出口情况提出了几点建议。

By using the data of agricultural products export of Shandong province in 2008-2016,and combining with the questionnaire analysis results carried out by Shandong provincial department of agriculture in 2016.We summarized the agricultural products export trade scale and structure of Shandong province.Then we summarized the main types of agricultural products export trade frictions in Shandong province and their reasons.Establishing an early warning system can effectively solve the problem.Therefore,according to previous research,we put forward the structure and index system of this early warning system considering the specific situation of Shandong province.In the end,some suggestions on how to improve the agricultural products export situation in Shandong province were put forward.
