Design of Clinical Multidisciplinary Safety Verification System

为促进医院精细化安全管理内涵的持续提升,保障医疗质量和患者安全,经过回顾性数据分析与专家德尔菲法,确定医疗安全重点核查环节,并设计9项多学科安全核查清单。清单内容涵盖患者身份确认、病史、术前准备、物资查对、药物使用、医技检查、应急处理等方面。由多学科表单构成的整套安全核查体系在院本部与集团医院推广应用,并在实践中持续完善。

In order to promote the continuous improvement of the connotation of fine safety management in hospitals and to ensure the quality of medical treatment and the safety of patients,the key links of medical safety verification were determined through retrospective data analysis and expert Delphi method.Nine multidisciplinary safety verification lists were designed.The list covered patient identification,medical history,preoperative preparation,material verification,drug use,medical skills,emergency management,and so on.The safety verification system composed of multi-disciplinary forms should be popularized and applied in hospital and group hospital,and be continuously perfected in practice.
