摘要
目的 探讨六顶思考帽及“5+1”S现场管理在提高急救质量中的应用效果。方法 将急诊科抢救室患者分为2017年运用六顶思考帽及“5+1”S现场管理组及2016年未实施管理的对照组,应用统计学方法比较两组急救治疗总完成时间、物品、药品总找寻时间及交接班所需时间的差异性。结果 实施后2017年患者在急诊抢救室治疗总完成时间、物品、药品总找寻时间及交接班所需时间较实施前均明显缩短,P<0.001。结论 六顶思考帽及“5+1”S现场管理方法可有效提升急救质量。
Objective To explore the application effects of Six Thinking Hats and“5+1”S on-site management in improving the quality of first aid.Methods We compared the total time of completing the emergency treatment,total rescue room items search time,total drug search time,and the time for shifting people between using Six Thinking Hats and“5+1”S on-site management in 2017 and using traditional management methods in 2016.Results After implementation,the total time for completing the emergency treatment,total rescue room items search time,total drug search time and handover time in the emergency room in 2017 were significantly shorter than those before the implementation(P<0.001).Conclusion The application of“Six Thinking Hats”thinking method and“5+1”S onsite management can significantly improve the quality of first aid in the emergency room.
