摘要
目的 以马斯洛需要层次论为指导,深入了解重庆市某三甲医院内科楼男护士在日常工作中的需求,为管理者关注男护士队伍建设,稳定并壮大临床男性护士队伍,推进护理队伍的多样化,建立一个平衡、健康和高效的护理团队提供参考依据。方法 2017年10—12月,采用目的抽样法,选取某三甲医院(重庆市)12名内科楼男护士为研究对象,采用现象学研究方法对个人开展深度访谈,运用Colaizzi7步分析法进行资料汇总分析,提炼主题。结果 以马斯洛需要层次论为指导的男护士关怀需求可归纳为5个主题,即现实与无奈、担心与焦虑、受限与排斥、支持与理解、成长与历练。结论 临床工作中男护士的“倒置形”需求普遍存在,对男护士的职业规划和分类管理显得尤为突出,通过满足高级需求来弱化男护士对基本需求的渴望,缓解工作与生活的矛盾点,应为管理者关注的重点。
Objective Guided by Maslow's theory on hierarchy of needs,we conducted this research in a third-level class A general hospital to probe into the male nurses'needs in daily work in order to provide the managers references to pay more attention to the organization of male nurse team,stabilizing and expanding the clinical male nurse team,promoting the diversity of nursing teams,and finally establishing a balanced,healthy and efficient nursing team.Methods Using objective sampling method,12 male nurses were selected from a third-level class A hospital of the People's Liberation Army from October to December,2017.Phenomenological research methods were used to conduct personal in-depth interviews.Data were collected and analyzed to refine topics with Colaizzi's 7 steps analytical methods.Results The needs of male nurses could be summarized into five themes:reality and helplessness,worry and anxiety,restriction and exclusion,support and understanding,growth and experience.Conclusion The“inverted”demand of male nurses in clinical work widely exists.It is particularly prominent in male nurses'career planning and classification management.To stabilize male nurses by meeting the highlevel demands of male nurses has become a focus for managers.
