摘要 当前信息化浪潮对教育的革命性影响日益凸显,旨在以教育信息化推动中国教育的模式变革与体系重构的《教育信息化2.0行动计划》的实施以及医学人工智能的运用,将打破传统医学教学的时空边界和线性特点,混合式学习将成为常态,学生将成为学习的中心,教师需要重塑自己的角色,面临了解和学习新技术、培养学生数字胜任力和复合思维能力、设计混合式教学、指导学生个性化学习、分析教学数据、推进教学创新等诸多严峻的挑战。医学教学的变化要求学校的教学评价也必须做出积极应对。 The current revolutionary influence of informatization on education has become increasingly prominent.Implementation of Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan enacted by Chinese Ministry of Education which aims to promote Systematic structural change in Chinese education,and increasing application of medical AI(artificial intelligence)will bring great changes to medical teaching.The space-time boundary and linear characteristics of traditional medical teaching will be broken,and mixed learning will become more and more common,and students will become the center of their learning.With these transformation in teaching,university teachers have to reshape their roles in future,which includes learning new technologies,cultivating students'digital competencies and compound thinking skills,designing mixed learning,guiding students to individualized learning,analyzing teaching data,as well as advancing teaching innovations.For there are so many new serious challenges to medical teachers and their teaching,corresponding teaching evaluation will also be required to support teacher's professional development.
