摘要
铅酸蓄电池因其价格低廉、原材料易于获得,使用上有充分的可靠性,广泛应用于汽车、通信、电力、铁路等各个领域。由于铅酸电池含有铅等重金属和酸电解质溶液,不妥善处置会对生态环境造成严重污染,一旦进入到人体内,会损害大脑神经系统、造血功能以及肾脏和骨骼,对人的身体危害极大。如何做好对废旧铅酸蓄电池的回收和无害化循环利用,就成了亟待解决的问题。本文对南京市的废旧铅酸蓄电池的产生量进行了测算,分析了目前铅酸电池管理存在的问题,并提出了管理上的建议。
Lead-acid batteries are widely used in automotive, telecommunication, electric power, railway and other f ields because of their low price, easy access to raw materials and suff icient reliability in use.Lead-acid batteries contain lead and other heavy metals and acid electrolyte solutions, inappropriate deletion and disposal will cause serious pollution to the ecological environment, once into the human body, it will damage the brain nervous system, hematopoietic function, kidneys and bones, great harm to human health. How to recover and recycle waste lead-acid batteries has become an urgent problem. In this paper, the production of waste lead-acid batteries in Nanjing was measured, the existing problems in the management of lead-acid batteries were analyzed, and the management suggestions were put forward.
