县域医养旅居综合体的发展环境及其发展战略分析——基于PEST-SWOT矩阵范式

L县面临着人口老龄化、养老服务体系亟待完善等问题,为促进社会稳定与发展,加快养老服务体系建设,解决养老问题迫在眉睫。在此背景下,提出构建医养旅居综合体的设想,将医疗和旅游、智慧治理元素融合进养老产业;利用PEST-SWOT矩阵范式,全面分析医养旅居综合体的内部优势、劣势和外部机会、威胁,认为县域养老服务产业要转型升级,应拓宽市场、加强基础设施建设,整合资源、加强对外宣传,争取政府支持、完善老年人社会保障制度和管理规范制度,培养技术人才。

County L is faced with the problem of an aging population.Meanwhile,the service system for the aged needs improvement.In order to promote social stability and development as well as to solve the related problem,it is urgent to accelerate the construction of the aged service system.Under this background,this paper puts forward the idea of constructing the medical care and tourism complex,integrating medical treatment,tourism and intelligent governance elements into the pension industry,analyzing the internal advantages,disadvantages and external opportunities,threats of the medical care and tourism complex by using the PEST-SWOT matrix paradigm.For the further transformation and upgrade of the aged service industry,it is necessary to broaden the market and strengthen infrastructure construction,to integrate resources and emphasize propaganda,to get government support and perfect the social security system for the elderly as well as to perfect the management standard system and train professional talents.
