高职院校中外合作办学中的党建工作探讨

Discussion on Measures of the Party's Construction in Sino-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools for Higher Vocational Colleges

中外合作办学正在经历由"以量谋大"到"以质图强"的重大转变,在多元思想文化的冲击下,高职院校只有加强党的建设才能保证中外合作办学的社会主义办学方向和落实立德树人的根本任务。结合高职院校办学实际,剖析中外合作办学中党建工作责任单位的主体意识偏差、党务工作队伍的质量厚度不足、学生思政教育的实际效果不佳等问题,主张通过优化顶层设计、突出核心作用、强化队伍建设、创新育人方式来加强和改善高职院校中外合作办学党建工作。

Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools has shifted its priority from“quantity”to“quality”.Under the impact of diverse ideologies and cultures,only by strengthening the Party's construction can higher vocational colleges guarantee the socialist orientation of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools and fulfill the fundamental task of cultivating talents by virtue.Considering the reality of higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the problems that these colleges are faced with in the field of the Party’s construction when cooperating with foreign partners in education,including lack of awareness of importance of the Party’s construction,less emphasis on the team of the Party’s construction,and ineffective students’ideological and political education,thereby improving the Party’s construction in Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools by optimizing the plan of the Party’s construction,highlighting the core role of the Party’s organizations,strengthening the construction of the team and innovating cultivation model.
