老年糖尿病患者睡眠障碍的原因及护理干预分析

Analysis on the Causes and Nursing Intervention of Sleep Disorders in Elderly Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探究老年糖尿病患者出现睡眠障碍的原因和综合护理干预方法对其睡眠障碍症状的护理疗效。方法:选取2016年5月至2018年5月重庆市渝北区人民医院便民门诊收治的老年糖尿病患者276例,并采取随机抽样的方法将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者采取常规治疗方法,观察组患者增添综合护理干预模式,分析2组患者睡眠质量改善情况。结果:通过对2组患者在护理前后的睡眠质量水平比较结果表明,护理前2组患者的睡眠障碍情况基本一致,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),但在一段时间的护理干预后,观察组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。老年糖尿病患者的睡眠障碍问题产生的最主要原因主要是由于糖尿病造成的患者体内代谢紊乱。结论:综合护理干预方法值得在临床老年糖尿病疾病睡眠障碍并发症的护理过程中推广和应用。

Objective:To explore the causes of sleep disorders in elderly diabetic patients and the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on sleep disorders. Methods:In May 2016 to May 2018,for the convenience of chongqing yubei district people′s hospital outpatient treated 276 cases of elderly diabetes patients,and adopt the method of random sampling will be divided into control group and observation group,control group patients treated with conventional methods,the observation group of patients increase comprehensive nursing intervention model,analysis of two groups patients improve sleep quality. Results:through the two groups of patients before and after the nursing sleep quality level comparison results showed that the two groups of patients before nursing sleep disorders were basically the same,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),but after a period of nursing intervention,the observation group was significantly better than the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The main cause of sleep disorders in elderly diabetic patients is metabolic disorders caused by diabetes. Conclusion:the comprehensive nursing intervention method is worthy of promotion and application in the nursing process of sleep disorder complications of senile diabetes.
