鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术后引起患者睡眠障碍的原因及相关护理措施探讨

The Causes of Sleep Disturbance and Related Nursing Measures in Patients with Sinusitis after Nasal Endoscopic Surgery

目的:研究分析鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术引起患者睡眠障碍的原因及相关护理措施。方法:随机选取2017年6月至2018年6月蚌埠市第三人民医院接收并予以鼻内镜手术治疗的鼻窦炎患者75例,并对术后引起患者睡眠障碍的原因进行分析,以提出相关护理措施改善患者睡眠质量。结果:经分析得到患者术后1 d、3 d、7 d发生睡眠障碍分别为65例(86. 67%)、58例(77. 33%)、49例(65. 33%);影响患者睡眠质量的因素包括:负性心理、术区疼痛、咽喉部干燥、呼吸方式改变不适以及相关外界因素干扰等。结论:在鼻窦炎患者术后睡眠障碍期间实施疼痛护理、咽喉部舒适护理、术前呼吸模式训练及心理护理等措施可对其睡眠质量予以改善,提升生命质量,保障手术治疗效果。

Objective:To study and analyze the causes of sleep disorders in patients with sinusitis and nasal endoscopic surgery and related nursing measures. Methods:A total of 75 patients with sinusitis who were admitted to our hospital for endoscopic sinus surgery from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly selected.The causes of postoperative sleep disorders were analyzed to propose relevant nursing measures to improve the sleep quality of patients. Results:According to the analysis,65 cases(86.67%),58 cases(77.33%)and 49 cases(65.33%)of the patients suffered from sleep disorders on day 1,3 and 7 after surgery,respectively.The factors that affect the sleep quality of patients include:negative psychology,intraoperative pain,dryness of the throat,discomfort of changing breathing pattern and interference of related external factors. Conclusion:Pain nursing,laryngopharyngeal comfort nursing,preoperative breathing pattern training and psychological nursing can improve the sleep quality of patients with postoperative sleep disorders,improve the quality of life and ensure the effect of surgical treatment.
