前瞻性护理对ICU清醒患者睡眠质量的影响研究

Effect of Prospective Nursing Care on Sleep Quality of ICU Awake Patients

目的:以ICU清醒患者为研究对象,探讨前瞻性护理对于改善其睡眠质量所产生的效果。方法:选取2017年6月至2018年6月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院收治的ICU清醒患者114例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组57例,对照组的57名患者接受了常规护理,观察组的57名患者给与前瞻性护理干预。结果:无论是焦虑自评量表(Anxiety Self-rating Scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)评分,还是护理满意度以及睡眠质量指数评分,观察组均优于对照组,2者比较差异无统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:前瞻性护理可使ICU清醒患者的不良情绪得到明显改善,且有助于提升患者的睡眠质量及护理满意度,具有临床推广价值。

Objective:To investigate the effect of prospective nursing care on improving sleep quality in ICU awake patients. Methods:A total of 114 cases of conscious ICU patients admitted to quanzhou first hospital affiliated to fujian medical university from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,57 cases in each group,57 patients in the control group received routine nursing,and 57 patients in the observation group were given prospective nursing intervention. Results:Both Anxiety self-rating Scale(SAS)and self-rating depression Scale(SDS)scores,as well as nursing satisfaction and sleep quality index scores,were better in the observation group than in the control group,with no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:prospective nursing can significantly improve the negative emotions of ICU patients,and help improve the sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of patients,with clinical promotion value.
