摘要
目的:探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征对患者心脏的影响。方法:选取2014年2月至2016年1月湖北省黄冈市蕲春县刘河镇大公卫生院收治的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者90例和健康人群100例,分为观察组(阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征,n=90)和对照组(健康人群,n=100)。比较阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者一般资料、生化指标及心脏超声指标。结果:观察组BMI指标明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05); 2组生化指标(三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白)比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),观察组空腹血糖明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组患者心脏超声指标(室间隔厚度、左心室后壁厚度、左心室舒张末内径)明显高于对照组,左室射血分数及E/A明显低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征可能会对患者心脏结构功能造成影响,具体表现为影响室间隔厚度、左心室后壁厚度和左室射血分数。
Objective:To investigate the effect of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(osas)on the heart. Methods:Patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(osas)in Dagong Health Center of Liuhe Town were collected and defined as obervation group.Healthy people in Dagong Health Center of Liuhe Town were collected and defined as the control group.General data and biochemical indexes of the two groups were compared.Two groups of cardiac ultrasound indicators. Results:BMI of the obervation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Biochemical indexes(triglyceride,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein,high density lipoprotein)of the two groups were not different(P>0.05).Fasting blood glucose of the obervation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the obervation group,the cardiac ultrasound indexes(ventricular septal thickness,left ventricular posterior wall thickness,and left ventricular end-diastolic inner diameter)were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction and E/A were significantly lower than those in the control group,with differences between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(osas)can affect the cardiac structure and function,especially the thickness of ventricular septum,left ventricular posterior wall and left ventricular ejection fraction.
