医院儿科护士职业紧张与睡眠质量相关性研究

Research on the Correlation between Occupational Stress and Sleep Quality of Pediatric Nurses in the Hospital

目的:对医院儿科护士职业紧张与睡眠质量相关性进行研究。方法:选取2017年4月至2018年5月重庆市渝北区人民医院护理部儿科护士30名,分析其职业紧张与睡眠质量的相关性。结果:护士职业任务与日间睡眠障碍、睡眠指数存在显著关系,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。同时护士个体紧张反应与其睡眠障碍、催眠药物、睡眠质量指数等存在显著关联性,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:通过对儿科护士职业紧张与睡眠质量相关性研究,说明改善护理人员心理状态对提高其睡眠质量十分重要。

Objective:To analyze the correlation between occupational stress and sleep quality of pediatric nurses in the hospital. Methods:A total of 30 pediatric nurses of Chongqing Yubei people′s hospital from Apr 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled to analyze the correlation between occupational stress and sleep quality. Results:There was a significant relationship between nurses′ occupational tasks and daytime sleep disorder as well as sleep index(P<0.05).At the same time,the individual stress response of nurses was significantly correlated with their sleep disorders,hypnotic drugs and sleep quality index(P<0.05). Conclusion:Through the study on the correlation between occupational stress and sleep quality of pediatric nurses,it is indicated that improving the psychological state of nurses is exceedingly important for their sleep quality.
