义利之辨:医科院校审美教育的重要维度

The Distinction between Righteousness and Benefit: An Important Dimension of Aesthetic Education in Medical Colleges

在纷纭驳杂的社会文化视域中,尤其是在医患关系日益紧张的当下,医科院校的医科生作为一个特殊的群体,是以守护生命和提升人类幸福指数为使命的特殊专业学习者,未来也是以救死扶伤和提高人体生命质量为己任的职业医生。在学习过程中,医科生需要形成对文化价值、道德价值、生命价值、利益价值最大程度的认同。"义利之辨"是我国儒家文化中重要的哲学语域,"义"与"利"的基本维度、内在逻辑、辩证关系对当今医科院校的审美教育有着重要现实启发意义。二者辩证统一于医科生审美教育的教学与实践中,从中国哲学文化中撷取"义利之辨"作为重要的思辨命题,进而探索"义"与"利"的基本维度和辩证关系,运用到医科生的审美教育实践之中,达到"立德育人"的终极目的,不啻是一个科学的路径。

In the context of diverse social and cultural perspectives,especially when the relationship between doctors and patients is becoming increasingly tense,medical students in medical colleges,as a special group,are special professional learners with the mission of protecting lives and improving human happiness index,as well as a professional doctor who is responsible for saving the wounded and improving the quality of life of the human body in the future.In the process of learning,medical students are supposed to develop recognition in the greatest degree of cultural value,moral value,life value,and value of interest.“The distinction between righteousness and benefit”is an important philosophical domain in Chinese Confucian culture.The basic dimensions,internal logic and dialectical relationship of“righteousness”and“profit”all have important practical enlightening significance for the aesthetic education of medical colleges today.In fact,the dialectical integration of the two is achieved in the teaching and practice of aesthetic education.On the basis of this important speculative proposition of“distinction between righteousness and benefit”from Chinese philosophical culture and through its application to the aesthetic education practice of medical students,the basic dimensions and dialectical relationship between“righteousness”and“profit”are expected to be explored and further the ultimate goal of“morality education”be achieved,which is believed to be a scientific path.
