摘要
艺术教学的公正是教育公正不可或缺的部分,而在现今的艺术教学实践中,却存在着严重的能力化倾向,即教师在艺术教学中只关注天赋能力、学习能力、专业能力、组织能力表现突出的学生,而相对忽视能力表现不突出的学生,由此人为地强化了学生之间的差距。这种现象与当下艺术教学的目的、过程、评价、风格有着紧密的关系。对此可以从道德应得的视角来反思这种倾向,并从艺术教学的理念、评价、制度和方式四方面来探索破解之道,给每一个学生创造公正的艺术学习环境,进而促进教育公正的真正实现。
Justice is the primary virtue of human society and justice in art teaching is an indispensable part of educational justice.In today’s art teaching practice,however,there is a serious tendency of capability,which shows that teachers only focus on the student with outstanding talent,learning ability,professional ability and organizational ability in art teaching,while ignoring the one who is average or even poor in these scopes,which consequently strengthens the gap between students.This phenomenon is closely related to the goal,process,evaluation and style of today’s art teaching.To create a just art learning environment for every student,this paper aims to reflect this tendency from the perspective of moral due and further explores the solutions from four aspects,including the concept,evaluation,system and method of art teaching,so as to achieve the educational justice.
