摘要
针对厚煤层综放开采顶板平衡结构向高位转移、重力不能够及时向下传递的问题,为了使厚层顶煤能够在矿压作用下及早碎裂、提高冒放性,官地煤矿29406综放工作面采取人工预裂顶板的技术。首先,通过理论计算预评价顶板初次断裂步距;随后采取数值模拟的方法分析了爆破后顶煤碎裂效果,并运用矿压监测数据分析了顶板预裂对支架压力值的改善作用,为保证安全生产提供了参考。
To the difficulty problems of roof balance structure transfer to high level of fully mechanized top coal mining with extra thick coal seam,and then weight could not transfer to low level in time,in order to improving caving property and ensured roof fractured timely under pressure of top coal seam,artificial pre-splitting roof technology was applied in 29406 fully mechanized top coal mining face of Guandi coal mine,first,the first fracture distance of roof was evaluated by theoretical calculation,and then top coal fracturing results was analyzed by number simulation,the improving results of roof pre-splitting to supports pressures were also analyzed by pressure monitoring data,and referenced for safety production.
