基于安全行为观察的煤矿安全管理研究

Coal Mine Safety Management Bases on Safety Behavior Observation

基于煤矿员工不安全行为的原因分析,综合杜邦STOP系统与安全管理学的相关知识,构建煤矿安全行为观察模型,从计划、执行、检查与改进4个方面分析模型的功能。将该模型运用于斜沟煤矿,对3类工种90名员工进行56d的行为观察,根据观察数据绘制了不安全行为变化趋势图。结果表明:所观察员工的不安全行为数量明显减少,安全行为观察是一种较为有效的煤矿安全管理方法。

Based on reasons analysis of unsafe behavior of coal mine staff,with idea of Dupont STOP system and safety management,and then observation model of coal mine safety behavior was built,the functions of model was analyzed by the following four sides,such as planning,executing,inspecting and improving,the model was applied in Xiegou coal mine,the results showed that unsafe behaviors of the staff decreased obviously,safety behavior observation was an effective management method for coal mine safety.
