农户收入分化对林地流入与流出意愿影响研究

Study on the Impact of Farmers' Income Differentiation on the Inflow and Outflow Willingness of Forestland

以辽宁省409户样本农户问卷调查为基础,采用描述性统计分析农户收入分化在农户年龄层次、受教育程度、家庭劳动力数量等方面的差异化特征,并运用二元Logistic回归模型分别讨论收入水平分化、收入结构分化、二者交互项对农户林地流转综合意愿、流入意愿、流出意愿的差异化影响。结果表明:农户收入水平分化对林地综合流转意愿、林地流入意愿具有显著正向影响;农户收入结构分化对农户林地流出意愿具有显著正向影响;农户收入水平分化与结构分化交互项对农户林地综合流转意愿、林地流出意愿具有显著正向影响。因此,需要关注农户收入分化因素;做好收入分化因素的有效识别;充分认识收入分化因素对农户林地流入与流出意愿的差异影响;把握分化特征,有针对性提高林地流转意愿。

⑴ Background-- In the process of China s economic and social transformation,the development environment of farmers has changed.It is of great significance to explore the factors of farmers income differentiation on their willingness to transfer forestland,enrich literature on the willingness of forestland transfer,and provide reference for relevant research.⑵ Methods-- Based on the questionnaire survey of farmers in Liaoning Province,firstly,descriptive statistical was used to analysis the differentiated characteristics of farmers income differentiation in the age level of the head of household,education level,number of household laborers,regional differences,etc.Secondly,from the three perspectives of income level differentiation,income structure differentiation and interaction between them,the binary logistic regression was used to discuss the differential impact of farmers income differentiation factors on the farmers forestland transfer willingness,inflow willingness and outflow willingness.⑶ Results-- There are significant differences in the income levels of farmers at different age levels and number of household labors.There are also significant differences in the income structure of farmers at different number of household labors and regions.The differentiation of farmers income level has a significant positive impact on the willingness of forestland comprehensive transfer and forestland inflow.The higher the income level of farmers,the more willing they are to transfer forestland and the stronger their willingness is to inflow.The differentiation of farmers income structure has a significant positive impact on farmers willingness to outflow forestland.The more diverse the income types of farmers are,the more willing they are to transfer forestland and the stronger their willingness is to outflow.The interaction items of farmers income level differentiation and structural differentiation has a significant positive impact on farmers willingness of forestland comprehensive transfer and forestland outflow.The stronger the interaction items of farmers income level differentiation and structural differentiation are,the more willing they are to transfer forestland and the stronger their willingness is to outflow.The age level of the head of household,the level of education,the number of household labors and the difficulty of forestland transfer have different effects on farmers willingness to transfer forestland.⑷ Conclusions and Discussions-- Firstly,we should do a good job in identifying the dimension of farmers income differentiation so as to better reflect the characteristics of farmers income differentiation.Secondly,we should scientifically look at the differential impact of farmers income differentiation factors on the comprehensive willingness,inflow willingness and outflow willingness of farmers to transfer forestland.Based on the research,it is proposed to pay attention to the factors of farmers income differentiation,effectively identify the factors of income differentiation,fully understand the impact of income differentiation factors,and grasp the characteristics of differentiation to targetedly improve farmers willingness to transfer forestland.
