摘要 基于GIS空间分析法和建设适宜性评价方法,探索研究村域尺度空间管制方法及其空间准入规则和配套政策,提出村域尺度空间管制框架。以江苏南京市高淳区蓝溪村为案例,基于村域建设适宜性评价结果,划定空间管制分区,将村域分为禁建区、限建区和适建区,并提出相应的管制要求。研究结果表明:基于建设适宜性拟定的空间管制方案,可做到因地制宜地发展村域空间,有利于村域有限资源的充分合理利用;提出的管制要求和空间准入规则为村域尺度空间管制实施提供了保障,并为村土地利用规划和乡村发展提供了支撑。 In order to provide guidelines for the construction and development of villages, this study explores the spatial regulation on a village area by using spatial analysis methodology and evaluating construction suitability. Our results of the suitability evaluation of the village domain construction show that the space control zoning would be divided. We take Lanxi Village of Nanjing Jiangsu as a case study. It is divided into a development prohibition zone, a restricted development zone and a suitable development zone. Corresponding control requirements are put forward. We find that the space control scheme, based on construction suitability, can adapt to local conditions to develop a village space. At the same time, relevant regulatory requirements provide a guarantee for the effective promotion of various valid implementations, making these research ideas and methods feasible.
