T_2 Mapping成像技术对早期膝关节骨性关节炎的诊断价值 被引量:7

摘要 目的:评价T_2 Mapping成像技术对早期膝关节骨性关节炎的诊断价值。方法:收集50例早期膝关节骨性关节炎为研究组,20例健康志愿者为对照组。采用GE Discovery 750W 3.0 T超导型MRI仪,应用T_2 Mapping成像技术获取研究组和对照组的关节软骨T_2 Mapping伪彩图;测量髌骨后、股骨髁内外侧面负重区及对应胫骨平台面的关节软骨T_2 值,并采用SPSS 19.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果:研究组关节软骨T_2 Mapping伪彩图为橙红色至绿色,且厚度不均匀至缺失;对照组关节软骨T_2 Mapping伪彩图为连续性一致的橙红色至红色。研究组关节软骨平均T_2 值均高于对照组对应关节面关节软骨平均T_2 值(均P<0.05)。结论:T_2 Mapping成像技术通过伪彩图显示和T_2 值的测量,可明确膝关节骨性关节炎关节软骨的改变,是一种可靠的检查手段,可为临床诊断早期骨性关节炎提供证据。 Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of T2 mapping MRI technique for the early knee osteoarthritis(osteoarthritis,OA).Methods:By GE Discovery 750W 3.0 T type superconducting MRI,T2 mapping imaging technique was used to obtain T2 mapping pseudo color images of articular cartilage of study group and control group,and the T2 value of the articular cartilage of the medial and lateral femoral condyle and the corresponding tibial plateau were measured,using SPSS 19.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:For research group,the T2 mapping pseudo color pictures of joint cartilage was orange red to green,and the cartilages were uneven in thickness or lack.For control group,the pictures were uniform continuity of red to orange red.The average T2 value of the articular cartilage in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the average T2 value of articular cartilage was higher than that of the control group.Conclusions:By means of pseudo color pictures and T2 value measurement,T2 mapping imaging can be used to identify the changes of articular cartilage in osteoarthritis of the knee.It is a reliable diagnostic tool and can provide evidence for early diagnosis of osteoarthritis.
