银离子妇用抗菌凝胶联合LEEP刀治疗慢性宫颈炎患者的临床研究

Clinical Study of Silver Ion Women's Antibacterial Gel Combined with LEEP Knife in the Treatment of Patients with Chronic Cervicitis

目的:探讨银离子妇用抗菌凝胶联合LEEP刀治疗慢性宫颈炎的效果。方法:选取我院慢性宫颈炎患者86例(2016年3月至2017年6月),随机数字表法分为研究组(n=43)与对照组(n=43)。对照组采取LEEP刀,研究组于对照组基础上采取银离子妇用抗菌凝胶。统计两组恢复情况、临床疗效、治疗后12个月疾病复发率。结果:研究组术后出血时间、术后阴道流液时间及创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总有效率100.00%(43/43)高于对照组86.05%(37/43)(P<0.05);研究组疾病复发率4.65%(2/43)低于对照组20.93%(9/43)(P<0.05)。结论:采取LEEP刀联合银离子妇用抗菌凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎可缩短术后康复用时,提高疾病治疗效果,且能降低疾病复发率。

Objective: To investigate the effect of silver ion antibacterial gel combined with LEEP knife in the treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods: 86 patients with chronic cervicitis in our hospital(from March 2016 to June 2017)were randomly divided into study group(n=43)and control group(n=43). The LEEP knife was used in the control group, and the research group took the silver ion antibacterial gel on the basis of the control group. The recovery status, clinical efficacy, and disease recurrence rate at 12 months after treatment were counted. Results: The postoperative bleeding time, postoperative vaginal fluidization time and wound healing time were shorter in the study group than the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was 100.00%(43/43), which was higher than that of the control group(86.05%)(P<0.05);the disease recurrence rate of the study group was 4.65%(2/43), which was lower than that of the control group(20.93%, 9/43)(P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of chronic cervicitis with LEEP knife combined with silver ion antibacterial gel can shorten the postoperative rehabilitation, improve the treatment effect of the disease, and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.
