国内旅游景区利益相关者研究综述

A Summary of Researches on Stakeholders of Domestic Tourism Scenic Spots

通过对利益相关者理论在国内旅游领域研究的研究成果分布、研究概况、研究内容进行总结后发现,国内旅游领域对利益相关者的研究大多沿袭了传统利益相关者理论已有的研究基础,集中在利益相关者的界定、利益相关者的权力、利益和关系等几个方面;研究涉及范围广泛,无论是具体案例的分析,还是对基础理论的探讨,研究开始深化和细化,研究方法趋于多样。同时,对目前研究中所显现出来的一些局限性进行归纳分析。

This paper summarizes the distribution of research results,the research and the research contents of stakeholder theory in domestic tourism research.The study found that most of the researches on stakeholder research in the domestic tourism field have followed the existing research foundation of the traditional stakeholder theory,focusing on the definition of stakeholders,the rights, interests and relationships of stakeholders.Extensive scope,whether it is the analysis of specific cases,or the discussion of basic theory,research began to deepen and refine,research methods tend to diverse.At the same time,this paper summarizes some of the limitations of the current research.
