阿尔茨海默病的血脑屏障研究进展 被引量：11

摘要 中枢神经系统退行性疾病如AD、帕金森病、路易体痴呆等,因多数起病较隐匿,病理生理进展缓慢,在整个疾病过程中血脑屏障(blood-brain barrier,BBB)基本保持完整,因此在这类患者中关于BBB的研究极少受到关注。随着近二十年来免疫治疗在AD研究中的兴起,尤其Aβ主动或被动免疫治疗前后,血脑屏障内外Aβ负荷的变化成为评价治疗效果的主要指标,由此AD状态下对BBB的相关研究引起人们的关注。
