人性化预见性护理对消化道出血病人疼痛及预后的影响

Effect of humanized predictive nursing on pain and prognosis of patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage

[目的]研究人性化预见性护理对消化道出血病人疼痛及预后的影响。[方法]将200例消化道出血病人随机分为观察组和对照组,每组100例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上进行人性化预见性护理,干预1个月观察两组病人疼痛、生活质量及并发症情况。[结果]观察组病人疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组病人生活质量各维度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组再出血率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]对消化道出血病人行人性化预见性护理可有效改善病人疼痛,提高病人生活质量,减少再出血的发生。

Objective:To explore the effect of humanized predictive nursing on pain and prognosis of patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 200 cases of gastrointestinal hemorrhage were randomly divided into observation group and control group,100 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with conventional nursing,and the patients in observation group were treated with humanized predictive nursing on the basis of the conventional nursing.After 1 month of intervention,pain,quality of life and complications were observed in both groups.Results:The pain score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05);the score of quality of life in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05);the rate of rebleeding in observation group(1.0%)was significantly lower than that in control group(12.0%)(P<0.05).Conclusions:Humanized predictive nursing for patients with gastrointestinal bleeding could effectively improve patients′pain,enhance their quality of life,and reduce the occurrence of rebleeding.
