从东北亚“和平共同体”到“命运共同体”

From the “Peace Community” in Northeast Asia to the “Community of Share Future”

韩国提出构建东北亚"和平共同体"的设想,体现了韩国对和平的重视与珍惜,中国愿意大力支持韩国这方面的提议和愿望能够得到圆满实现。中国提出构建人类命运共同体的目标,可以作为韩国提出"和平共同体"设想的接力棒,继续推动东北亚国家关系的全面发展。或者,也可以由二者长期齐头并进,共同推动东北亚地区和平合作与全面发展。人类命运共同体的内容和内涵博大精深,其核心要义是:持久和平、普遍安全、共同繁荣、开放包容、清洁美丽。构建人类命运共同体的原则是"共商、共建、共享"。中国可以首先从构建东北亚地区和平共同体、命运共同体入手,提升本地区国家合作的目标层级,由过去主要进行的东北亚地区经济合作,加快签署"中日韩自由贸易协定",过渡到政治、经济、安全、军事、社会文化、环境生态等全方位的合作。

South Korea proposed building a“peace community”in Northeast Asia,which reflected their appreciation and love for peace.We are willing to give our support to South Korea’s proposal.China’s proposal to build a community of shared future for mankind can be a baton for South Korea’s peace community blueprint and continue to promote the allround development of relations among Northeast Asian countries.Or the two proposals can work hand in hand for a long future,to jointly promote peaceful cooperation and all-round development in Northeast Asia.The content and connotation of the community of shared future for mankind are extensive and profound.Its core tenets are enduring peace,universal security,common prosperity,openness and inclusiveness,and making our world clean and beautiful.The principle of constructing the community of shared future for mankind is to build through consultation to meet the interests of all.We can start by building a peaceful community and a community of shared future in Northeast Asia to enhance the goal hierarchy of cooperation in this region.From the economic cooperation in Northeast Asia in the past to speeding up the“China-Japan-Korea Free Trade Agreement”,we have transited to all-round cooperation in politics,economy,security,military,social culture,environment and ecology in this region.
