摘要
针对子母弹中心管爆炸开舱抛撒的特殊环境,提出一种采用存储测试技术的低功耗的压力测试系统,克服了传统测试系统安装布线困难的缺点。采用低功耗设计以及主从单片机交替采样策略,并且进行了相应的实弹测试试验。试验表明,该系统能够在子母弹抛撒火药过程中完整的记录压力随时间的变化值,测试精度高,完全符合试验标准。
Considering the special environment when the center tube of the cluster bomb explodes opens the cartridge and scatters ammunition a storage test system was put forward with a low power test system which overcomes the disadvantages during the time of installation and wiring in the tradi tional testing system. The design of low power was elaborated in this system that adopts double single chip microcontroller way of sampling with the corresponding live test experiment carried out. The test results show that the system can completely record the change value of pressure to time in the process of cluster warhead scattering ammunition with high test precision which fully meets the test standard.
