某型发射车底盘制动系统故障树诊断研究 被引量:1

摘要 提出一种基于多属性决策理论的发射车底盘制动系统故障树诊断方法。针对传统故障树分析方法存在的精度差、效率低的局限性,综合考虑底事件的故障概率、诊断成本和关联价值等因素,采用逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)确定了故障底事件的最优诊断顺序,提高了底事件诊断的精确度。通过某型发射车底盘制动系统故障诊断验证表明:该方法能够准确诊断故障,提高了故障诊断效率。 A fault tree diagnostic method for chassis braking system of launching vehicle was proposed in this paper based on multiple attribute decision making theory. Aiming at the limitation of the tradi tional fault tree analysis method in terms of poor accuracy and low efficiency TOPSIS method was used in this paper to determine the best diagnosis sequence of bottom events with the precision of the bottom event diagnosis improved considering the failure probability the cost for diagnosis and the correlation value of bottom events. The fault diagnosis and verification of a certain type of launching vehicle chas sis braking system show that the method can be used to accurately diagnose the fault and improve the fault diagnosis efficiency.
