摘要 针对电磁弹射装置激励和发射过程中产生的感应脉冲强磁场对周边电子设备造成的电磁干扰(EMI)威胁特征,基于有限积分技术(FIT)对弹射装置内磁场环境进行仿真分析,并对发射器结构开展磁场屏蔽特性设计研究。以某装置应用为例,在5kHz以下低频段,内部磁场值可达10T,通过多层梯度复合磁屏蔽结构设计,实现磁场屏蔽效能达40dB,满足了该系统磁防护设计要求。 Previous studies mainly focus on electromagnetic environment simulation of electromagnetic launching device,but rarely take account of the magnetic protection.According to the minatory characteristics of electromagnetic radiation and Electro-Magnetic Interference(EMI)which the electromagnetic launching device’s enclosure is exposed to,and based on the Finite Integration Technique(FIT),the simulation research of magnetic shielding character of the device enclosures is conducted and the magnetic field shielding characteristics of the device are studied.Taking a device for example,the maximum magnetic flux density is 10 T,the main frequency is below 5 kHz,and the magnetic frequency is 40 dB,which meets the design requirements of the system magnetic protection.
