血清同型半胱氨酸与高血压病不同中医证型的相关性研究

Research the correlation of serum homocysteine with different TCM syndromes of hypertension

目的:探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与高血压病不同中医证型的相关性。方法:选取180例原发性高血压病患者作为研究对象,根据中医辨证分型的不同分为四组:气血亏虚组、肝肾阴虚组、痰浊上蒙组、风阳上扰组,对所有患者进行血清Hcy及血脂检测,对比不同证型患者的Hcy、血脂水平,分析血清Hcy与中医证型的关系。结果:四组的血清Hcy及各项血脂指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。痰浊上蒙组的血清Hcy水平>气血亏虚组>肝肾阴虚组>风阳上扰组;痰浊上蒙组的TC、TG、LDL-C水平均显著高于另外三组(P<0.05)。四组的H型高血压占比比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),痰浊上蒙组的H型高血压占比>气血亏虚组>肝肾阴虚组>风阳上扰组(P<0.05)。结论:血清Hcy与高血压病中医证型密切相关,各证型的血清Hcy水平有一定差异,临床可将血清Hcy水平检测作为高血压病中医辨证及治疗的一项参考指标。

Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum homocysteine (Hcy) with different TCM syndromes of hypertension. Methods:180 patients with essential hypertension were divided into four types according the different TCM syndromes of hypertension:Qixuekuixu group,Ganshenyinxu group,Tanzhuoshangmeng group and Fengyangshangrao group. All patients were tested for serum Hcy and blood lipids,compared with Hcy and lipid levels in patients with different syndromes,and analyzed the relationship between serum Hcy and TCM syndromes. Results:There were significant differences in serum Hcy and blood lipids between the four groups ( P <0.05). The serum Hcy level of Tanzhuoshangmeng group> Qixuekuixu group> Ganshenyinxu group> Fengyangshangrao group. The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C of Tanzhuohsangmeng group was significantly higher than the other three groups ( P <0.05). The difference of H-type hypertension in the four groups was statistically significant ( P <0.05). The proportion of H-type hypertension in Tanzhuohsangmeng group>Qixuekuixu group>Ganshenyinxu group>Fengyangshangrao gourp ( P <0.05). Conclusion:Serum Hcy is closely related to the TCM syndrome type of hypertension. The serum Hcy level of each syndrome type is different. The clinical detection of serum Hcy level can be used as a reference index for TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of hypertension.
