慢性病老年人的生存质量及其影响因素研究

Study on the quality of life in the elderly with chronic disease

目的探讨慢性病老年人的生存质量及其影响因素。方法采用自制一般情况调查表和欧洲五维健康量表(EQ-5D)对居家养老和机构养老的慢性病老年人生存质量进行调查,并通过多元回归分析影响其生存质量的因素。结果慢性病的种数与生存质量呈负相关,疼痛/不适仍是慢性病老年人主要的健康问题;机构养老和居家养老者所患共病主要是高血压、冠心病、脑血管疾病和糖尿病。影响慢性病老年人生存质量的主要因素为患慢性病种数、睡眠情况、锻炼情况和养老方式。结论现阶段有效的慢病管理模式和医疗支持将更利于慢性病老年人生存质量的改善。

Objective To investigate the factors that influenced the quality of life(QOL)of the elderly with chronic diseases.Methods General information questionnaire and EQ-5D-3L were used to analyze the QOL of the elderly with chronic diseases,who received home-base caring or institution-based caring.The factors influencing the QOL were analyzed with multiple regression analysis.Results The number of the kinds of chronic diseases was negatively correlated with QOL,and pain/discomfort was still the main health problem.The common diseases in the elderly who received home-base caring or institution-based caring were hypertension,coronary heart disease,cerebrovascular diseases and diabetes.The influencing factors of QOL were chronic disease,sleeping quality,physic exercise and endowment pattern.Conclusions The efficient management for chronic diseases and medical support will be more effective to improve the QOL of the elderly with chronic diseases.
