摘要
在分析我国家庭医生激励困境的基础上,选择家庭医生积极性不高作为研究视点,运用波特—劳勒综合型激励模型分析家庭医生的激励因素,并结合我国具体实际,从目标机制、奖酬激励机制、服务支持机制、科学考评机制等角度搭建了我国家庭医生激励机制框架,以解决当前激励困境、更好地调动家庭医生积极性。
On the basis of analyzing the dilemma of family doctors in China,choosing low enthusiasm of family doctors as a research point of view,this paper used the Porter-Rawler comprehensive incentive model to analyze the incentive factors of family doctors,and established the framework of incentive mechanism for family doctors in China based on China's specific reality,from the target mechanism,rewards incentive mechanism,service support mechanism,and scientific evaluation mechanism,to solve the current incentive dilemma and better mobilize the enthusiasm of family doctors.
