摘要
依托咪酯是咪唑的羟化盐,因其独特的安全特性,广泛应用于临床麻醉。依托咪酯在临床应用中最主要的限制就是其对肾上腺皮质功能的抑制作用。笔者总结了依托咪酯的应用现状及其不良反应,同时介绍了多种依托咪酯衍生物的研究进展。
Etomidate is a hydroxyl salt of imidazole,which is widely used in clinical anesthesia because of its unique safety characteristics.The biggest limitation of etomidate in clinical application is adrenocortical suppression.The author summarizes the application status and adverse reactions of etomidate,and introduces the research progress of various etomidate derivatives.
