摘要
利用金属橡胶良好的刚度与阻尼特性,将金属橡胶与滚动轴承组合,应用于某小型高速永磁电机来支承电机转子。基于DyRo Be S对该转子的动力特性进行分析,并与纯滚动轴承转子对比,结果表明:采用金属橡胶后,电机转子临界转速有效降低,从而远离工作转速,并使转子稳态不平衡响应明显减小。同时分析了金属橡胶环孔隙度、厚度和宽度对电机转子临界转速的影响,为后续试验及工程应用研究提供参考。
For the metal rubber'good characteristics on stiffness and damping,metal rubber was combined with rolling bearing.It was applied to a small high-speed permanent magnet motor rotor.Based on DyRoBeS,the dynamic characteristics of this combined bearing rotor were analyzed,and it was compared with the pure rolling bearing rotor.The analysis results showed that the metal rubber made the rotor critical speed reduced effectively and away from work speed.Also it made the rotor stable unbalance response significantly reduced.The influence curves of the critical speed of the rotor with the porosity,thickness and width of the metal rubber ring were analysized,it will provide reference for subsequent experimental study and engineering application research.
