空间视角下产业协同集聚对城市土地集约利用的影响研究

Study on the Influence of Industrial Co-agglomeration on Urban Land Intensive Use from the Perspective of Space

本文运用区位熵相对差异指数和纵横向拉开档次法分别测算2005～2017年中国30个省(市、自治区)的产业协同集聚度和城市土地集约利用水平,纳入空间因素实证探讨二三产业协同集聚对城市土地集约利用的影响。研究表明:2005～2017年,中国二三产业协同集聚"西高东低",主要与各城市两个产业各自集聚水平有关;土地集约利用"东高西低",相邻地区城市土地集约利用的空间溢出效应明显;二三产业协同集聚表现出双重效应,对土地集约利用具有倒U型影响。最后,根据研究结果提出相应政策建议。

This paper uses the location entropy relative difference index and the vertical and horizontal extension method to measure the industrial co-agglomeration degree and urban land intensive utilization level of 30 provinces(municipalities and autono- mous regions)in China from 2005 to 2017,and incorporates the spatial factors to empirically explore the impact of the co- agglomeration of secondary and tertiary industries on urban land intensive use.The research shows that from 2005 to 2017,the co- agglomeration of China's secondary and tertiary industries is“West High and Low East”,which is mainly related to the level of concentration of the two industries in each city;land intensive use is expressed as“East high and low west”,the spatial spillover effect of urban land intensive use in adjacent areas is obvious;the co-agglomeration of the secondary and tertiary industries shows a dual effect,which has an inverted U-shaped effect on land intensive use.Finally,based on the research results,the corresponding poli- cy recommendations are proposed.
