摘要
本文以64家物流上市公司2008~2017年的面板数据为研究对象,采用稳健标准差修正后的固定效应模型实证分析了物流业产业升级对就业的影响。实证结果显示,物流企业产出水平的提升对就业具有显著的正向影响,以全要素生产率为衡量的物流业技术进步对就业具有显著的负向影响,二者的交叉项对就业产生了显著的负向影响。对全要素生产率进行分解后的回归结果表明,物流业产业升级对就业的负向影响主要来自于物流业技术进步过程中技术效率的提升。
Based on the panel data of 64 logistics listed companies in 2008~2017,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of logistics industry upgrading on employment by using Driscoll-Kraay fixed regression.The empirical results show that the improvement of the output of logistics enterprises has a significant positive impact on employment.The technological progress of logistics industry measured by total factor productivity has a significant negative impact on employment.The cross-term of the output and the technological progress has a significant negative effect on employment.The regression results after decomposing the total factor productivity show that the negative impact of the logistics industry s industrial upgrading on employment is mainly due to the improvement of technical efficiency in the process of technological progress in the logistics industry.
