摘要
为了推进广大高校工作室基于"产教学研创"五位一体运行模式的改革与建设,研究者分析了创新性人才所应具备的最本质能力,以长沙师范学院儿童文创设计工坊视觉艺术工作室为例,阐述了以工作室为载体的协同创新平台优势与人才培养效果,得出基于工作室协同创新平台的创新性设计人才培养模式可以提高人才培养质量,值得借鉴与推广。
In order to promote the reform and construction of the university studios based on five-in-one operation mode named"IURTI(Industry-University-Research-Teach-Innovation)",the article analyzed the most essential ability of innovative talents,and take the children's cultural creation design workshop of Changsha Normal University as an example,the visual art studio expounds the advantages of the collaborative innovation platform and the talent training effect based on the studio.It is concluded that the innovative design talent training model based on the studio collaborative innovation platform can improve the quality of talent training and is worth learning and promotion.
