节拍化疗的作用机制及在晚期结直肠癌治疗中的应用进展 被引量:4

摘要 节拍化疗是以持续低剂量的给药方式达到抗肿瘤血管生成的目的,旨在减轻传统化疗最大耐受剂量带来的不良反应及肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的耐药性。近年来发现,节拍化疗除了抗肿瘤血管生成之外,还通过诱导免疫反应、减轻耐药性等达到抗肿瘤的目的。晚期结直肠癌患者对常规化疗耐受性差,许多研究者选择采用节拍化疗,常用化疗药物种类包括氟尿嘧啶(5-氟尿嘧啶、卡倍他滨、替吉奥等)、喜树碱类(常用伊立替康、拓扑替康等)、环磷酰胺。
