企业法律风险指由于企业的行为(包括作为和不作为)不合法、不规范,导致法律对企业作出否定性评价,产生与企业所期望的目标相违背的不利后果。结合地市级供电单位的业务特点和专业管理要求设计了基于"四置链条"的法律风险管理体系,并介绍了该体系在国网天津东丽供电公司的实践应用。"四置链条"指的是"预警前置、过程监置、实时处置、成果定置",该法律风险管理体系遵循以企业战略目标为导向、审慎管理、与企业整体管理水平相适应、融入企业经营管理和决策过程、全员参与全过程开展的原则。

The company's legal risk is the negative evaluation of law on corporate behaviors and adverse consequences, which are contrary to the target of the company.The corporate behaviors include act and omission.The legal risk management system based on four chains control is designed,considering the business characteristics and profession requirements of municipal power supply company.The four chains control means early warning,process supervision,timely solution and results summary.The design of the legal risk management system obeys to the principal of orientation by corporate strategic goals,prudential management,adaption to the overall management level,integration into the business management and decision-making process,and covering all members and whole process.It shows the legal risk management system application and results in state grid Tianjin Dongli power supply company.
