摘要
公益类科研机构作为我国科技创新的重要力量,正处于创新跨越发展的关键时期和重要战略机遇期,人才是其发展的第一资源和支撑力量。在介绍公益类科研机构人力资源发展现状的同时,通过分析人力资源激励方式存在的问题,探讨了分类管理视角下公益类科研机构人力资源激励方式的选择。
At present,China is actively building an innovative country.As an important force of scientific and technological innovation in China,public welfare scientific research institutions are in a critical period of leapfrogging development of innovation and an important strategic opportunity period,talent is the first resource and supporting force for its development .This paper introduces the current situation of human resources development in public welfare scientific research institutions .By analyzing the existing problems of human resources incentive mode,this paper probes into the selection of human resources incentive mode in public welfare scientific research institutions from the perspective of classification management.
