数据驱动理念给出版业带来深刻的影响,研究基于数据驱动的科技期刊编辑能力培养的必要性及其途径具有重要的意义。分别对选题策划及其调整的执行能力,建立互信与沟通的能力,服务科技期刊发展的综合能力及数据驱动下的适应能力和创新能力进行阐述,以期对数据驱动的科技期刊的创新发展起到推动作用,尽快缩短我国与发达国家一流期刊的差距,引领创新并推动我国科技期刊的繁荣和发展。

Focusing on the essential characteristics of data-driven,this paper expounds the necessity and approach of datadriven training for the editing ability of sci-tech journals. Editors of sci-tech journals should have the ability to plan and implement their adjustments,establish mutual trust and communication skills,and provide comprehensive capabilities, adaptability,and innovation capabilities for the development of sci-tech journals,with a view to promoting the development of data-driven sci-tech journals.
