党员形象研究的社会心理学路径探讨

Approach to the Study of the Image of Party Members from the Perspective of Social Psychology

党员形象是塑造党的整体形象的重要环节,是我党在新时代永葆共产党人政治本色、壮大党的政治号召力的关键。以往关于党员形象的研究多侧重理论分析,侧重党建与传播,基于受众心理加工机制的实证研究较少。基于社会心理学中关于群体形象和社会认知的相关理论,从社会心理学关于群际知觉的研究视角出发,党员形象研究可以着重关注形象的内容层次以及形成机制两方面问题。社会心理学的理论和研究方法具有其独特优势。

As an important link to shape the overall image of the party members,the image of party members is the key to maintain the political character of communists and strengthen the party's political appeal in the new era. The previous studies on the image of party members lay particular emphasis on theoretical analysis,party construction and propagation,while there are few empirical studies based on audience psychological processing mechanism. On the basis of relevant theories of group image and social cognition in social psychology,from the perspective of social psychology on intergroup perception,the research on the image of party members can focus on the content and formation mechanism of the image. The theories and research methods of social psychology have their unique advantages.
