超声引导下射频消融术联合靶向治疗对晚期肝细胞癌患者血清IgG,IgM,IgA浓度的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨晚期肝细胞癌患者采用超声引导下射频消融术联合靶向治疗的临床效果。方法:选取某院收治的晚期肝细胞癌患者88例,按单盲法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各44例。对照组在常规治疗1周后行靶向治疗,观察组在超声引导下射频消融术治疗7d后行靶向治疗,比较2组临床疗效、体液免疫功能、肿瘤标志物水平。结果:疾病总控制率观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)水平均高于对照组,糖类抗原199(CA199)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)水平低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:晚期肝细胞癌患者采用超声引导下射频消融术联合靶向治疗可提高疾病控制率,降低肿瘤标志物水平,改善免疫功能。 Objective :To investigate the effects of ultrasound-guided radio-frequency ablation combined with targeted therapy in treatment of patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods :88 patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma admitted in a hospital were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by single blind method, with 44 cases in each.The control group was given targeted therapy after 1 week of routine treatment, while the observation group received targeted therapy after 7d treatment of ultrasound-guided radio-frequency ablation.Clinical efficacy,humoral immune function,and levels of tumor markers were compared between the two groups. Results :The total disease control rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin M (IgM), immunoglobulin G (IgG),and immunoglobulin A (IgA) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while the levels of carbohydrate antigen 199 (CA199), carcino-embryonic antigen (CEA), alpha fetoprotein (AFP) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion :Ultrasound-guided radio-frequency ablation combined with targeted therapy for patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma can increase the disease control rate, decrease the levels of tumor markers, and improve immune function.
