北京市回龙观科创社区发展机制研究——以腾讯众创空间为例

Technological Innovation Community Development: Tecent Mass Innovation Space in Huilongguan Area, Beijing

文章基于全球和北京市创新空间发展趋势的分析,对北京市科创社区这一新兴创新空间形式的定义、类型、特征进行了研究,同时以回龙观科创社区及其中核心创新空间单体建筑——腾讯众创空间为例,使用统计、问卷和访谈等方法,围绕回龙观地区和腾讯众创空间两个尺度,就创新创业活动与城市居住社区的相互作用机制进行研究,总结出科创社区的发展意义和发展条件。在此基础上,文章提出城市社区对创新创业活动的支撑作用,以及创新创业活动带给社区的基础服务设施、公共开敞空间、文化社会环境和社会福利等方面的公共红利。

Based on an analysis of innovation space development in Beijing and overseas, the paper studies the de finition, type, and character of technological innovation community in Beijing. With Tencent mass innovation space as an example, the paper uses statistical, questionnaire, and investigation methods, studies the interaction between innovation business and residential community at different spatial scales, and concludes the significance and conditions of technological innovation community development. Furthermore, the paper puts forwards the support of community for innovation, as well as the bene fits of innovation for communities in infrastructure, public space, cultural environment, and social welfare.
