摘要
全球化提升了城市的竞争力,创意城市成为现代城市进阶的一种新模式。格拉斯哥借助"文化选美"活动打造创意城市;台北活化与再利用闲置空间,发展创意产业。培育创意阶层,重视创意空间的开发与利用,同时秉承"以人为本"的理念打造具有影响力的文化旗舰活动,以及实现全民参与等是创意城市建设的有效路径。
Globalization improves the competitiveness of cities. Creative city becomes a new pattern of city renaissance and regeneration. With Glasgow and Taipei as examples, the study summarizes the concept of creative city, and analyzes their developmental experiences and features. Creative class cultivation, creative space construction, and human oriented cultural flagship activities are effective ways for creative city development.
