摘要
抑制聚丙烯在加工和使用过程中的降解是塑料工业的关键问题。因此,在保持亚磷酸酯水解稳定性的同时提高其抗氧活性显得非常重要。本文采用多次挤出和DPPH供氢活性评价方法对含有自由酚羟基的亚磷酸酯BM46TBPP进行了抗氧性能的表征,结果显示,BM46TBPP具有优越于抗氧剂168及其与酚的复合体系的抗氧性能,特别是在有氧气存在的情况下。主要是因为BM46TBPP分子当中含有自由酚羟基,体现出分子内协同抗氧性能。
Inhibiting the degradation of polypropylene in the melting processing and usage is an important issue in the plastic industry.It is becoming more and more urgent to increase the anti-oxidation of phosphite alone when maintains the water resistance.In this paper,the anti-oxidation of phosphite bis-2,2'-methyl-4,6-di-tert-butylphenyl(BM46TBPP)containing free phenolic hydroxyl group was characterized using multiple extrusions,and the hydrogen donating ability was tested using DPPH radical colorimetry.The results show that the phosphite BM46TBPP displays the better anti-oxidation compared to phosphite Irgafos 168 alone or its combined system including phenol.Especially when they were compared in the presence of oxygen,the PP stabilized by BM46TBPP displays the longest OIT value compared to the PP stabilized by Irgafos 168 and its complex system including phenol.Because there is a free phenolic hydroxyl group in the BM46TBPP antioxidant molecule,and which makes the antioxidant with inter-molecular synergistic anti-oxidation.
