摘要
目的研究树脂预衬对自粘接树脂水门汀粘接纤维桩的粘接强度和耐久性的影响。方法经过严格筛选的80颗人下颌第一前磨牙经根管治疗后按不同处理因素随机分为4组:树脂预衬+模拟老化(RA);树脂预衬+不模拟老化(RN);未树脂预衬+模拟老化(NA);未树脂预衬+不模拟老化(NN)。各组离体牙进行标准桩道预备。采用复合树脂对RA和RN组纤维桩进行树脂预衬。按标准程序粘接纤维桩。4组试件在生理盐水中储存24h后,RN和NN组测试即刻粘接强度,RA和NA组进行6m的热循环实验后测试老化后粘接强度。在纤维桩的根颈、中、尖位置分别取1mm厚度的薄片试件进行粘接强度测试。结果采用方差分析,Turkey检验(α=0.05)。扫描电镜观察并统计断裂模式,采用Fisher精确概率法分析(α=0.05)。结果桩道深度(P=0.031)和模拟老化(P=0.012)对粘接强度的影响有统计学意义。随桩道深度的增加,粘接强度下降。模拟老化降低粘接强度。树脂预衬(P=0.417)对粘接强度的影响没有统计学意义。但是,在桩道的根颈部,树脂预衬(P=0.032)增加粘接强度,模拟老化(P=0.011)降低粘接强度,并且树脂预衬与模拟老化有交互作用(P=0.038)。各组断裂模式的差异没有统计学意义。树脂水门汀与牙本质的粘接界面断裂发生率最高,混合断裂其次。结论树脂预衬可增加自粘接树脂水门汀粘接的纤维桩根颈部的粘接强度,并可增加其粘接耐久性。
Objective To evaluate the effect of resin relining on bond strength and the durability of self-adhesive resin cement to fiber posts(FPs).Methods 80 human first premolars were strictly selected and after root canal therapy,were randomly divided into 4 groups according to different treatment factors:group RA(relining + aging),group RN(relining + non-aging),group NA(non-relining + aging)and group NN(non-relining + non-aging);standardized preparation of the canals was performed in each group;FPs in group RA and group RN were relined with composite resin according to each root canal morphology;then FPs in the 4 groups were adhered to each canal following a standard procedure and were stored in normal saline for 24h;immediate bond strength in group RN and group NN were tested,while ageing bond strength after 6m of thermocycling in group RA and in group NA were tested;specimens of 1mm thick slice were transversely sectioned from the neck,middle,and tip of the FPs for bond strength test;the results were analyzed by ANOVA and Turkey test(α=0.05)were applied in analyzing the results while scanning electron microscopy was applied in observing and counting the failure mode and Fisher’s exact test in evaluating the difference(α=0.05).Results The impact of depth of post space(P=0.031)and aging process(P=0.012)on bone strength were of statistical significance;the bond strength kept decreasing with the depth of post space increasing;simulated aging reduced the bond strength while the impact of resin relining on bond strength was of no statistical significance(P=0.417);However,at the neck of FPs,resin relining(P=0.032)significantly increased the bond strength while aging(P=0.011)decreased the bond strength,and there existed an interaction effect between resin relining and aging(P=0.038);no differences of statistical significance in failure mode were found among the 4 groups;adhesion failure was of the highest occurrence in resin cement and dentin and then was the mixed failure.Conclusions Resin relining can increase the bond strength of self-adhesive resin cement to FPs at the cervical root and the durability as well.
